Your appointments are very important to all members of our team at Marucci Hair Design. Time allocated for an appointment is reserved especially for you. We do understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary; therefore, we respectfully request at least 48 hours notice for adjustments to your appointments and cancellations. All our policies are designed to benefit our clients and allow us to provide the best service.
Please understand that when you cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that time slot and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services they need. We ask that all new and current guests supply a credit card to have on our files. All cards on file are added to the system via a secure electronic process that ensures the information is encrypted. In the event that we do not receive the required notice for adjustments and cancellations the following fees will be applied to your card or alternatively billed out to you:
*Services entailing a fee of $150.00 or more, including balyage and smoothouts, will require a 50% deposit of the total cost. Prices based upon consultation with your preferred stylist.
*Notification given less than 48 hours prior to scheduled appointment time will result in a charge of $100.00.
*Failure to show up for your appointment will result in a 100% charge of the reserved service amount.
MHD SERVICES POLICY
As a salon, we take pride in our work and always strive for our guests to leave looking and feeling their best from the outside in. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with the service(s) provided please contact us immediately so we can work to have the situation remedied. We ask that you notify reception within five days of the date of your original appointment. This guarantees our ability to execute any required corrections free of charge. Beyond this time period, any issues will not be considered a correction and will require an assessment on a case-by-case basis. Please be advised that the correction policy does not include a complete change in color or style. We cannot offer refunds for any hair services.
As much as we take pride in our work, we cannot be held liable for or redo color that has been done outside of our salon. Please remember that in order to maintain the integrity of your hair, most color correction requires more than one visit to achieve the desired results.
MHD PRODUCT POLICY
There will be NO exchanges or refunds of products purchased at Marucci Hair Design. This includes brushes, blowdryers and hair accessories. In the event a product is defective an exception will be made.
SALON ETIQUETTE & CHILDREN
Our waiting area is cozy and will only accommodate a few people. We request that you limit the number of friends or family who accompany you during your visit to the salon. Unfortunately, we do not have the room to house any children not being serviced.
FORMS OF PAYMENT
Marucci Hair Design is happy to accept Cash, Personal Checks, Debit Cards, Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. In the event a check needs to be returned, the client will be held responsible for a $25.00 fee.
